COPASLIP High temperature copper based anti-seize compound

NLGI #2 | -40°C to 1100°C

COPASLIP™ is a high-performance compound specifically formulated to protect fasteners from seizure-induced by extremes of temperature, pressure, and corrosion. The semi-synthetic base fluid is reinforced with anti-oxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and ultra-pure copper particles to provide outstanding protection to threads and components.

ALUMSLIP Aluminium based anti-seize

NLGI #2 | -100°C to 650°C

MOLYSLIP ALUMSLIP is resistant to temperatures up to 650°C and it effectively protects against chemical corrosion and atmospheric oxidation. Free of copper, lead, sulphides, fluorides and chlorides ALUMSLIP is suitable for use on all studs, nuts, bolts and other threaded connections, including turbine casing studs, burner nozzles, boiler inspection points and furnace bolts. ALUMSLIP is particularly designed where copper needs to be avoided (for example where concerns of galvanic corrosion exist).

FERROSLIP Nickel free anti-seize

NLGI #2 | -100°C to 1400°C

MOLYSLIP FERROSLIP is resistant to temperatures up to 1400°C and effectively protects against chemical corrosion and oxidation. Free of copper, lead, sulphides, fluorides, chlorides and nickel, FERROSLIP is designed to offer outstanding performance while minimising health, safety and environmental concerns.

FERROSLIP is recommended for use on screws, flanges, nozzles, couplings and other metal fittings. FERROSLIP can be used on stainless steel and other hard metals such as titanium – the excellent lubricity minimises damage to the protective oxide layer to prevent pick-up during thread tightening.

GRAPHSLIP Graphite based anti-seize

NLGI #2 | -100°C to 550°C

MOLYSLIP GRAPHSLIP is a premium performance, graphited anti-seize compound formulated to protect fasteners from seizure induced by extremes of temperature, pressure and corrosion.

MOLYSLIP GRAPHSLIP is resistant to temperatures up to 550°C due to the ultra-high melt point solids that remain stable where traditional filler metals would fail. The non-metallic nature also means that the risk galvanic corrosion due to the presence of dissimilar metals is eliminated. MOLYSLIP GRAPHSLIP is suitable for use on brake assemblies, all studs, nuts, bolts and other threaded connections, including exhaust systems and manifolds.

CERAMSLIP High load bearing grease

NLGI #1 | -100°C to 1500°C

MOLYSLIP CERAMSLIP is a premium performance, metal free anti-seize compound formulated with fully synthetic base fluid contains a unique combination of micronized, non-metallic particles to provide excellent lubrication and protection to threads and components.

MOLYSLIP CERAMSLIP is resistant to extreme temperatures – up to 1500°C due to the ultra-high melt point solids that remain stable where traditional filler metals would fail. The non-metallic nature also means that the risk galvanic corrosion due to the presence of dissimilar metals is eliminated.

FOODSLIP Extreme performance PFPE based bearing greases

NLGI #2 | -30°C to 340°C

MOLYSLIP FOODSLIP is a premium performance, food grade anti-seize compound formulated with the high purity base fluid contains micronized high load white solids, including PTFE, to provide excellent lubrication and protection to threads and components operating in areas where there is a possibility of incidental food contact.

MOLYSLIP FOODSLIP is resistant to temperatures up to 340°C and the tenacious film is extremely resistant to water, brine, steam and aqueous cleaners. FOODSLIP provides excellent protection against chemical corrosion (both acid and alkali) and atmospheric oxidation. FOODSLIP is suitable for use on studs, nuts, bolts and other threaded connections on components that need to be dismantled. Use on stainless steel, Aluminium, copper, iron, galvanized steel, brass and PVC pipes, tubes and connections.

MOLYSLIP FOODSLIP is InS H1 registered for incidental food contact (registration number 1796283)

AS 40 & AS 60 Anti-scuffing and assembly paste

NLGI #1/2 | -100°C to 550°C

MOLYSLIP AS40 Anti-scuffing and assembly paste is a high-performance lubricant containing molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) and graphite, formed into a soft paste.

MOLYSLIP AS60 is a premium performance anti-scuffing and assembly paste containing pure molybdenum disulphide (MoS2).

MOLYSLIP AS40 & AS 60 are designed for use in situations where a hydrodynamic oil film cannot be tolerated or is impossible to achieve – for example during component assembly, machine start-up and high load/slow speed operations. The high load carrying capacity of the MoS2 and graphite solids (in excess of 140,000 psi which is above the yield point of most metals) provide an ultra-low low friction physical barrier between metal surfaces preventing micro-welding or pick-up that can irrevocably damage components from occurring.

DRY MOLY SPRAY Molybdenum disulphide dry film lubricant

-50°C to 450°C

MOLYSLIP DRY MOLY SPRAY is a high performance, resin bonded, dry film lubricant based on molybdenum disulphide. When applied to metal substrates the molybdenum disulphide forms a resilient, low friction film that protects against wear and corrosion. DRY MOLY SPRAY reduces metal pick-up and galling during component assembly and dry start up conditions and where traditional “wet” lubricants either can’t be used or do not provide adequate lubrication.

Unlike oils and greases the dry nature of the film will not attract dirt and dust and it is resistant to water wash-off making it ideal for use in extreme environments.

DRY GRAPHITE SPRAY Bonded Dry Graphite Lubricant

-50°C to 550°C

MOLYSLIP DRY GRAPHITE SPRAY is a high performance, resin bonded, dry film lubricant based on high purity graphite. When applied to metal substrates the graphite forms a resilient, low friction film that protects against wear and corrosion. DRY GRAPHITE SPRAY reduces metal pick-up and galling during component assembly and dry start up conditions and where traditional “wet” lubricants either can’t be used or do not provide adequate lubrication.

MOLYSLIP DRY GRAPHITE SPRAY is typically used as a dry-film blank mould pretreatment in the glass container industry where the bonded graphite film removes the need to manually swab with ‘wet film’ compounds during set-up when consistent running conditions are required. DRY GRAPHITE SPRAY can also be applied to baffles, blow moulds, bottom plates, neck rings etc.

DRY PTFE SPRAY Dry Film PTFE Lubricant

-200°C to 270°C

MOLYSLIP DRY PTFE SPRAY is a high performance, non-toxic multi-purpose PTFE lubricant and release agent spray. The product provides a light, long life lubricating film that is particularly suitable for use in ‘clean’ industries such as Pharmaceutical in areas where ‘wet film’ lubricants cannot be tolerated.

MOLYSLIP DRY PTFE SPRAY deposits a totally dry low transfer film, after evaporation of the carrier solvent, that provides long life lubrication to pins, slides, guides, hinges and chutes for packaged goods etc.
