The calcium sulphonate complex thickener of ARVINA MX2 inherently possesses outstanding resistance to water ingress – the mechanical stability of the grease is largely unaffected by water contamination and bearings are effectively protected from corrosion. Load carrying is provided by sub-micron solids which minimises metal/metal contact eliminating friction and wear.

Arvina XT 2 Extreme temperature grade & high-speed bearing grease

NLGI #2 | -50°C to 180°C

ARVINA XT2 provides excellent lubricity and load carrying ability to protect bearings from premature wear and failure. The effective anti-corrosion additives also allow ARVINA XT2 to be used in wet and humid environments. The low viscosity, low drag synthetic base fluid also ensures ARVINA XT2 has excellent high-speed capability – up to 1,000,000 DmN.

ARVINA XT2 is suitable for use in ball and roller bearings operating in the temperature range 0f -50°C to +150°C (continuous) and +180°C (intermittent).

Arvina EH 2 Non-melting, high temperature bearing grease

NLGI #2 | -20°C to 230°C

MOLYSLIP ARVINA EH2 has excellent high temperature tolerance and good anti-wear characteristics which reduce friction and protect bearings from damage caused by wear and shock loading. ARVINA EH2 is suitable for use in numerous different industries at temperatures up to 230°C.

The load carrying ability is further enhanced by the inclusion of micronized molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) which forms an ultra-low friction solid lubricant film.

Arvina MB 2 Non-melting, high load bearing grease

MOLYSLIP ARVINA XL greases are fully synthetic, per fluorinated grease designed for bearings operating in extremes of temperature and aggressive chemical environments. The optimised base oil, thickener and additive system combine to deliver outstanding resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation at temperatures up to 280°C. ARVINA XL has excellent resistance to most aggressive chemicals and oxidising agents allowing it to be used where conventional products will fail.
